Conditions governing use of the DataProcessr website and professional engagements.
Acceptance
By using https://dataprocessr.digital or engaging DataProcessr for reporting work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission services.
Services described
Pages describing engagements, fees, and the reporting cycle are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties sign an engagement letter specifying scope, fees, and delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and original reporting methodologies remain the property of DataProcessr unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. You may not copy site materials for competing commercial use without written permission.
Client materials
Documents you supply for inventory audits or holdings reporting remain yours. We use them solely to perform the engagement and retain copies only as required by the engagement letter and applicable record-keeping rules.
No investment advice
DataProcessr prepares holdings reports and oversight briefings. We do not provide investment recommendations, execute trades, or act as a broker, custodian, or fund manager.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, DataProcessr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from decisions made solely on the basis of a reporting pack. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Korean law prohibits such limitation (including cases of willful misconduct).
Website accuracy
We aim to keep site information current but do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. Fee ranges may change; signed engagement letters control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future site use. Existing signed engagements remain governed by their letters unless amended in writing.
