Engagement

Consolidated Holdings Reporting

A board-ready reporting pack that reconciles wallets, custodians, and family entities into one holdings narrative.

Who this is for

Family offices, private wealth teams, and principals who already hold digital assets and need a consolidated holdings view that survives investment-committee scrutiny. The engagement is built around Crypto Portfolio Desktop reporting practices and human oversight — not day-trading commentary.

Result

You receive a signed reporting pack covering entity-level holdings, source reconciliation notes, allocation summaries, and open questions that still need custodian clarification. The pack is written for people who approve family capital, not for market-chat channels.

Scope included

  • Intake of wallet lists, exchange exports, and custodian statements
  • Mapping of holdings to family entities and ownership notes you provide
  • Reconciliation of balances across sources, with discrepancies logged line by line
  • A narrative summary suitable for committee circulation
  • One revision round after your first review call

Scope excluded

  • Trade execution, rebalancing instructions, or tax filing preparation
  • Legal opinions on token classification
  • Continuous monitoring outside the agreed reporting window
  • On-chain forensic investigations beyond ordinary balance matching

Provider and process

A DataProcessr reporting lead in Seoul runs the cycle with a reconciliation associate. Work proceeds through intake, matching, draft pack, review call, and final delivery. Sensitive documents stay on the controlled transfer channel we issue at kickoff.

Timeline and delivery

First-time cycles usually take three to five weeks after complete source files arrive. Recurring quarterly cycles are shorter once entity maps and wallet inventories are stable. Delivery is digital PDF plus a structured holdings table; optional print sets for Yeouido meetings can be arranged.

Preparation

Before kickoff, designate one internal contact who can answer entity questions, and gather the latest custodian statements for every in-scope venue. Incomplete exports slow reconciliation more than any other factor.

Pricing basis

Fees start from ₩8,500,000 for a single reporting cycle covering up to four entities and twelve source accounts. Larger inventories are quoted after a short scoping call. Deposits and refund terms are described on the fees and refund pages.
