Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation rules for reporting engagements, audits, briefings, and reconciliations.
Scope
This policy applies to paid DataProcessr engagements: Consolidated Holdings Reporting, Digital Asset Inventory Audit, Quarterly Oversight Briefing, and Custodian Statement Reconciliation. It does not cover third-party software store purchases (including Microsoft Store transactions), which follow the store’s own terms.
Deposit
A 40% deposit confirms your place on the reporting calendar. The deposit is credited toward the engagement fee.
Full refund eligibility
You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if DataProcessr cancels the engagement for internal reasons before work begins, or if we fail to deliver within the timeline stated in the engagement letter after you have supplied complete source documents on schedule.
Partial refunds
If you cancel in writing more than ten business days before the agreed start date, we refund amounts paid minus an administrative fee of ₩350,000 or 10% of the engagement fee, whichever is lower.
If you cancel within ten business days of the start date, or after intake has begun, we refund only the unused portion after deducting work already performed at reasonable hourly equivalents described in the engagement letter, and the deposit may be retained in whole or in part to cover scheduling loss.
Non-refundable items
- Work already completed and delivered (draft or final packs, audit memos, briefing notes, reconciliation lists)
- Third-party costs expressly approved by you in writing (for example couriered print sets)
- Time spent waiting on documents past two agreed follow-up deadlines when the calendar must be rebuilt
Work already started
Once reconciliation or drafting has begun, fees for completed stages are earned. Remaining prepaid amounts for unfinished stages may be refunded or applied to a rescheduled cycle at your option.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least five business days’ notice and a new date within sixty days is mutually available. Further reschedules may require a ₩200,000 calendar fee.
No-shows
If your designated contact misses a scheduled review call without twenty-four hours’ notice, the call is treated as delivered for fee purposes; a replacement call may be scheduled at our discretion.
Refund process and timing
Email contact@dataprocessr.digital with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval, unless a bank transfer in KRW is agreed in writing.
Exceptions
Engagement letters may state stricter or more specific cancellation terms for unusually large inventories; where they conflict with this page, the signed letter controls for that engagement.
