Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, selected engagement, holdings scope notes, and message content
- Correspondence you send by email or phone
- Technical logs reasonably required to operate the site (for example IP address and browser type when collected by hosting)
- Client engagement files you provide for reporting work (wallet inventories, statements, entity notes)
We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. Do not send them.
Purposes
- Responding to inquiries and preparing fee outlines
- Performing contracted reporting, audit, briefing, or reconciliation work
- Meeting legal and accounting record obligations
- Improving site reliability when analytics cookies are accepted
Legal bases
Depending on context, we rely on steps prior to contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for the period stated in the engagement letter, typically five years after final delivery for professional record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law. Sharing
We use processors that host email, files, or the website under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Korean law or lawful authority requests.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the Republic of Korea, we take steps appropriate under Korean privacy requirements, including contractual safeguards where applicable.
Your rights
Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. We apply access controls and controlled transfer channels for engagement documents. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use the channels we specify for sensitive statements.

We may revise this Privacy Policy by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective understanding from the posting date for future processing.
