About

About DataProcessr

We prepare digital asset reporting packs for family offices that need consolidated holdings oversight without market-floor noise.

Origin

DataProcessr began as a Yeouido desk practice helping Korean family offices reconcile digital asset balances that never appeared cleanly beside traditional custodian reports. Principals were not asking for another trading screen; they needed a holdings narrative their advisors could trust.

How we work

We treat Crypto Portfolio Desktop as the working surface for inventory and reporting drafts, then apply human reconciliation before anything is signed. Source documents remain authoritative. Where balances disagree, we document the disagreement instead of forcing a tidy total.

People

Our reporting leads have backgrounds in private wealth operations and financial statement preparation. Reconciliation associates handle statement matching and exception logs. We do not present ourselves as investment managers; we prepare the holdings picture others use for decisions.

Values in practice

  • Source fidelity over optimistic rounding
  • Clear ownership of open exceptions
  • Quiet language suitable for committee rooms
  • Seoul office hours that respect Korea Standard Time for local clients

Relationship with clients

Most clients arrive through advisors already serving the family. We stay in the reporting lane: inventory, reconciliation, and oversight briefings. Trading, legal structuring, and tax filings remain with the professionals you already retain.
